Flow Academy

In 2023, together with performance psychologist Niclas Janelöv, I developed Flow — Choose Your Emotion, a comprehensive training system based on research on flow states and emotional intelligence. The course demonstrates how emotions are amplified and programmed, how to identify missing emotional components, create constructive emotional states, and build daily routines for emotional coherence and flow. The delivery combined strategy, behavioral psychology, digital product development, and narrative packaging.

Task

My assignment included branding, logo, visual identity, design and programming of the course platform and website, as well as building the digital course structure, payment systems, and content architecture. I was also responsible for the methodological and communicative form of the material, translating Janelöv’s model into practical lessons, tools, and digital flows.
