Integral African Conference @ Henley
The Integral African Conference held at Henley University Johannesberg, was described as “the first in Africa” dedicated to bringing together thinkers, practitioners and communities focused on human consciousness, spirituality, and holistic frameworks for development/well-being — rooted in both “integral theory” and indigenous African philosophies, spirituality, and social practices.
Task
In November 2024 I was in South Africa to present research on Integral Theory and psychographic adult development at Henley University in Johannesburg in connection with the Integral African Conference. The assignment presented an integrative flowchart for psychological and psychosocial development in eleven dimensions — work conducted since 2006 and in recent years translated into a practical tool in the form of a digital visual blueprint.
